Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We ONLY use UPS SURE POST as a shipping method for all PO Boxes and Military installments. You MUST select this option at checkout; if not, TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC will not take any responsibility for lost or misplaced orders.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time, which is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once picked up by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process after your payment is authorized and verified.

Processing time for Apparel and Hat orders can take up to 14 days. Shipping delivery time is based on the shipping method selected. All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. All orders are customized.

Please note that we do not make color corrections or color match for every order. This means that the image you see on your computer may vary from the product you receive.


SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are determined by the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.

All orders received after 10:00 AM EST will be processed the next day.

Please note that orders to U.S. destinations may take up to 2-3 business days from the shipping date, not necessarily from the order date, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination. However, most orders arrive earlier.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the "Track Your Order" tab on our website at any time.

For U.S. Domestic and International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from tronusfootwear.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


NO HANDLING FEES

TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC restock fee: $10.


DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier.

TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund via TRONUS FOOTWEAR e-store credit for the out-of-stock item(s).


RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address if we are unable to process an order or verify the shipping address provided.

Additionally, TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC reserves the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”;
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, TRONUS FOOTWEAR LLC reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
